ChicagoWebConf is a two-day multi-track conference focused on everything that happens in the browser: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Design, and UX. This is our 3rd year running the conference and we're planning our biggest event yet. For our last event, our attendance topped 320 designers and developers, this year we're targeting between 400-450 attendees and have moved to a new beautiful downtown Chicago venue to allow for this growth.
We're very glad that you're interested in sponsoring the conference. It's a fantastic event and offers a unique opportunity to reach the development and design communities in an integrated way. Because the browser is the ubiquitous piece of technology that everyone deals with the conference becomes a melting pot of folks with varied backgrounds and experiences. Sponsorship Levels
Gold (2 Available) - $3,000
Gold sponsorship includes all the benefits of the Silver level plus:
- Opportunity to speak in front of the full conference for 3 minutes prior to closing keynote.
- Custom message delivered in post-conference mailing.
- 4 free passes to the conference.
Silver (4 Available) - $1,500
Silver sponsorship includes all the benefits of the Bronze level plus:
- Logo on bumper slides between presentations.
- Logo on conference banners and signage.
- Mentions from stage throughout the conference day.
- 2 free passes to the conference.
Bronze (6 Available) - $500
Bronze sponsorship benefits include:
- Logo on conference website.
- Mention in social media posts.
- Logo and mention in conference mailings.
- Ability to add swag to the giveaway bags.
- 1 free pass to the conference.
Lanyard & Badges (1 Available) - $750 + Cost
The Lanyard & Badge sponsorship will include your company's logo on the lanyards as well as special mention on conference badges and will receive 1 free conference pass.
Lunch (1 Available) - $2,000
Lunch sponsorship will include:
- Special signage indicating lunch sponsored by your company.
- Special note in the program and from stage.
- Ability to address the group for 3 minutes during lunch.
- 2 free passes to the conference.
After Party (1 Available) - $3,000
After Party sponsorship will include:
- Special signage throughout the after party.
- Special note in the program and from stage.
- Ability to address the group for 3 minutes during the after party.
- Ability to give away swag at the after party.
- 3 free passes to the conference.
